Proportional Valves

Proportional valves mix regrind and new materials in a proper proportion back to the process machine to achieve a proportional mixing and loading effect. They feature directly mounted on loaders or mounted by the process machine and pipeline. Besides, it is applicable to Euro loaders to control their setting time and equipped with control box to perform when in other situations.

Volumetric Color Dosers |
Volumetric Color Dosers are suitable for proportional mixing of virgin material, regrind, masterbatch and additives. A brushless DC motor is used in this series for driving the dosing screw. The microprocessor accurately controls rotation of the high precision dosing screws with an accuracy of + 1% from set point. A gear motor with reduction ration of 30:1 or 75:1 is coupled to a dosing screw of 12, 14, or 16mm diameter to give a total of six models with output ranging from 0.1 to 38kg/hr. Two dosing units can be supplied for two-color mixing if required.
