AME Granulator c/w Powder Separation System

This series of granulators are suitable for centralized re-cycling of wastes or rejected parts from injection moulding, blow moulding and extrusion lines. It is built with powder separation system to sieve the excessive powder or fine granule during crushing. The purpose of “de-powder” the crushed material is to enhance a better result for the recycled material to be used back for cost saving, minimize black dots and improve quality. The PSS can be easily removed to allow it to operate like a normal granulator without dismantle.

Single-Shaft Tearing Crusher

The WT range of high performance crushers are based on the latest machine concept can solve the lump and purging problems of plastic granulator.

Large amount of lump or purging can be fed into the hopper which the hydraulic ram pressed the material against the rotating rotor. The hydraulic ram will retreat whenever the feeding is overload. The rotating rotor which housed the knives along the shaft will tear the material into small pieces and allow it to pass the screen size perforation determines the size of the torn materials.

The concave cutting knives can be turned 4 times and guarantees a precise cut at high throughput rate

Special knife holders are welded into the milled knife pockets around its circumference

The ram is fitted with scraper rails which prevent any unwanted materials from being pulled between the ram and the machine frame.

AME Low Speed Granulator

Low speed granulators are suitable for by-the-press recycling of sprues. They feature easy operation, excellent performance, low noise and dust level. They are in “Euro” Style design and compact in size. High quality blades ensure long-life span. High security grade also conforms with CE safety standard.

Teeth-Cutter Granulator
Europe Design, CE Version

SG-14 series screenless granulators operate in super low speed. Teeth cutters and cutting blades work together to reduce materials into well-proportioned granules. There are least dusts produced in the cutting process. Multiple security devices ensure high safety grade; automatic reverse function ensures continuous operation. It is mainly used for by-the-press recycling of sprues fed by pickers. Regrind can convey back to moulding machines for reuse by instant recycling device.
