Mold Temperature Controller

AME Mold Temperature Controller

There are two version of AME Mold temperature controller available, which is “Water” version and “Oil” version. Both are suitable for accurate temperature control of the mold during plastic injection processing. The “Water” version use water as heating medium and process under direct cooling method for heating up to 95°C and the “Oil” version use heat transfer oil as circulating medium for heating up to 160°C

Features
PID temperature controller for accuracy and easy setting
Alarm will be buzz in case of motor overload, phase fault and water shortage
Built in thermostat to prevent overheat

Compact and portable

Stainless steel internal parts

AME Precision Mold Temperature Controller
– Europe Design, CE Version

This series of high temperature “Water” version and “Oil” version are used to heat up the mould and maintain its temperature.

AME Precision Mold Temperature Controller – Water version

Precision mold temperature controller sending water to the pipe heaters under high pressure for heating to a constant temperature up to maximum 120˚C. The high temperature water from the mould is then cooled by indirect cooling.

Features
Multiple safety devices can detect abnormal performance automatically
Inner part made from stainless steel to ensure corrosion-free operation
PID multi-stage temperature controller system can maintain a mould temperature with accuracy of ±1˚C

Accurate temperature control achieved by indirect cooling and quick heat transfer by means of steady cooling water flow

Automatic water filling to quickly reduce water temperature to set-point

AME Precision Mold Temperature Controller – Oil version

Precision mold temperature controller using the high-pressure pump sending high temperature oil to the mould with a constant temperature up to maximum 300˚C.The high temperature oil from the mould is returned to the cooling tank and cooled by indirect cooling.
