Dust separator is designed to separate excessive powder from the crushed material. Therefore, the powder-free crushed material is obtained for instant recycling. The crushed material is transported by the blower to the cyclone from the material bin and falls down into the dust collector whereby the size of the powder can be removed by adjusting the regulating valve. The powder is sucked into the dust collection bag by a small suction blower and the powder-free crushed material falls to the regrind and virgin material controller. The purpose of removing powder is to avoid white and black spot on the appearance of the products, especially for transparent material.
