Vacuum Autoloader
Vacuum autoloaders are use to convey materials from one place into the plastic processing machine. It is suitable to be use in Injection molding machines, blow molding machines and extruders. There are three versions of autoloader available which are Self-contained Hopper Loaders, Separate-vacuum Hopper Loaders and Auto Powder Loaders.


Self-contained Hopper Loaders

The SAL-330/360 series use a high-speed motor in this lightweight and compact unit. With superior suction power and easy installation. It is particularly suitable for conveying new materials. The SAL-430/460 series use a high voltage inductive motor with low noise level and long life. It also has an automatic reversal dust cleaning device.

Separate-vacuum Hopper Loader

Separate-vacuum hopper loaders are suitable for conveying material over long distances. The material hopper is installed away from the main unit and use of a stainless steel hopper eliminates material contamination. Superior suction power is continuously available from the high efficiency vacuum blower. Each model is complete with motor overload protector to prolong life, and is also fitted with a material shortage alarm.

Auto Powder Loader

Auto Powder Loaders are designed and developed on the basis of original Euro separate-vacuum hopper loaders. There are 10 models available with blower power ranging from 1-10HP and also has double phase blower as an option. Different ranges of hoppers are applicable according to their own working situation especially suitable 30% and 100% powder loading.

New microprocessor adopts modularized designed, and installed separately from electrical control box to prevent from any interference to comply with western standard

The storage chip of the microprocessor use EEPROM and there is no information lost after cutting off the power supply, so there is no need of using backup battery

Down blowing design, equipped with a cyclone checking board and a separated dust collective bin to effectively reduce the load of the filter

Separated dust collecting bin ensures convenient dust cleaning

Circulated mixing of material according to proportional valve set time period

Based on customer’s requirement, there are two types of filter: bag and board, for 30% and 100% powder conveying respectively. The air accumulator and self-cleaning device are standard equipment

Main unit works with single and double blower (3.5HP above) as for customer’s choice
